RAW broken?

Is your random generator broke or you just want me to quit playing and spending money? Every single time I get an advanced que as a Soulweaver it gives me T9, I won't play it and I'm sick of getting thrown in there EVERY TIME I que up, fix it

    It is likely that more people queue for T9 than the others, and usually people queue for raq with a pre-made group or risk waiting awhile to get in as dps. If it is any consolation though, I tend to get throne or prophecy from riq. It's not RNG, it's just how people are queueing.
