Warlock's Bargain still does not cleanse the caster when solo.

NW.110.20190519a.32 patch notes said "Warlock's Bargain now also cleanses the caster, instead of only their allies."

Self-cleanse only works if there is an ally nearby. If you are alone, you can't cleanse yourself.
