Expedition bugs

Running into one of my expedition alone after using three stones to see if i can get at least one decent piece of gear or my main hand artifact that i still missing, crossin a brige i was knock out from the map, i lose my three stones, the quest and my patien really guys i die like a 1000 time just to get out for a bug and losing from the three quest that u get daily one c'mon guys.
