Ranger possible bugs

2 things that I have noticed:

1- master boons are not showing up for Ranger when atracking, assuming they are not proccing (tested both bloody lust and deathly rage). I do notice them, however, when running my SW or Wiz.
2- storm strike artifact modification on main hand is not working
