When I turn on the workshop, the ping jumps to 1000. The game is mass-stuck. I have this problem only in this character, not in the other 4.

Same thing happens on one of my Chars, it also happens when i go to River District which is very strange

I hope that it will be repaired today. As for now I can not use "morale" as the game gets stuck. Video below.
