Cant obtain resonance from new heroics

Yesterday i could obtain resonance normally. Today even after reset i couldnt... Need those rage resonance so badly :)

    Farmed resonance encounters on two 80 level characters with UM campaign completed and, after some time during which the Rogue dropped resonance as expected, they suddenly stopped dropping. After a fair amount of encounters completed with no resonance drops, I've tried to switch to the Paladin but even him couldn't drop a single resonance in a dozen encounters.

    Is there some kind of account cooldown for resonance drops similar to the refining items dropped with dragon hoard enchantments, is there a character/account limit on resonance drops, is it a bug that should be fixed asap (considering the relevance of resonance farming once the new campaign is completed)?

    Please @nitocris83 inform us over this matter, it's of no little interest to all the players investing time on expeditions and grinding for all the new level 80 stuff.
