Artifact item level & tooltip bug - Mod 16

Artifacts between Lvl 139 (legendary) and Lvl 140 (Mythic) have same stats and item level, or at least thats what the tool-tip shows. This happened to my Orcus Wand artifacts. You can also see bad stats on the mythic grade artifact when compared to its legendary counterpart.
