QOL: Change celestial coins cap to 22

Can we get the cap for celestial coins changed from 14 to 22? It made sense to have 14, when there was an item we could purchase for 7 coins. But now that the only desirable items cost 11, having a cap of 22 would make more sense.

It's a minor thing, but would help me when doing daily logins for multiple characters.

its a ok comp to heal .. but its not great.
In the early days.. when people got it , it was ok to put on a alt to level with, before you got augment involved.
