Tactical Enchants Not Utilitarian Enough

You cannot equip Tactical Enchants into utility slots, though they do show the Incoming Healing utility per the patch notes.
Obsidian Moonlight - Paladin
Obsidian Oath - Warlock
A whole lot of other Obsidian toons as well.

    I couldn’t in utility slots in Ebonized, Red Feather or a bit of Expedition gear on my Paladin.

    If you can please give details.

    Yes, they do.

    But you cannot actually equip them in utility slots. <- this is the bug.

    Haven’t checked if it was fixed tbh, ended up just slotting Quartermasters.
