Ranger - Split the sky and Thorn ward broken - will not activate

Noticed this issue a week or so ago but figured it would get fixed in the next patch so did not return to preview server on this character for a while however logged in there today and its still up the creek, odd thing is that both the respective melee powers work fine.

Tried to in game bug report but .... it was bugged and gave could not connect message.

    good, i hate when hr use split the sky anyways
