Reroll tokens

There is still a problem with being charged 5 rerolls yet only getting 2-3 this is every 4-5 dungeons and is ridiculous half the time you get the rewards half the time you don’t.It has been happening since you brought rerolls online I have asked CS what’s happening they just send me here so one more time you now owe me a couple of hundred tokens.Yes I know you will ignore this as you ignore everything else even though I have several screenshots of the outcome this is getting screenshotted as well just in case this magically vanishes.All you have to do is contact me although I won’t be holding my breath.

    Reroll: if the loot comes up the same it isn't going to change the list any. It sucks, but it was re-randomized.

    That’s not the problem I get two or three rerolls and then get kicked out of the chest and it takes for five and if it happens on the first of two chests then the second one refuses to open at all showing “The rewards you’re trying to reroll don’t match what was expected” in red across the screen consider this happening every 4-5 runs and I have gone through 1300ish tokens it starts to add up and is incredibly tedious

    I don't experience that problem at all. Have you tried sending a ticket to customer support, or can you verify anyone else has experienced this? Also is it on all chests or just specific places' chests?

    Yes I sent multiple tickets all received the same sage advice put it on the forum.Lucky you I wish I didn’t have it either and there are several in my guild alone who have had it happen.Why would I waste my time explaining at length what happens if it wasn’t?Why would I have screenshots of it happening if it wasn’t?And finally knowing very well that the devs will ignore this as CS have ignored any bug report or missing item ticket (with the proof they asked for) why would I put myself through this whole rigmarole if it didn’t happen?Simple answer I wouldn’t I have better things to do with my time.Oh sorry I missed your last question it doesn’t matter where I am or which character I use or which chest I open so have fun figuring all that out

    Actually, it does. The devs need that sort of info so they can find out what is causing it. Giving precise info is what helps them fix things.

    They are too busy to do that. Can you please provide video evidence of this happening, so I can forward that to them? You can PM it to me if need be.

    Will be a week or so for video pc is in the shop having it’s cooling system overhauled
