Respen's Marvelous Game - Cache of Treasures - static or random award??

the blog update regarding Day of the Dungeon Master mentions that the new rewards have a chance of dropping ".. from the Cache of Treasures that appears upon the completion of Respen’s dungeon. "

that sounds like the Cache of Treasures is a static drop that you always get from each completion queuing for Respen's Marvelous Game (whether you get the Dungeon or the Forest setting) and regardless of whether you have completed the campaign or not.

however, I just ran on a level 70 character that completed the campaign in a past year, and I did not receive a Cache of Treasures on the first 2 runs (which were both the Dreadful Dungeon setting). On the third run, which happened to be the Forest of Peril, I did get the Cache.

is it a random drop? or is it supposed to drop on each run?

I have started running on another character - first run (Forest) - no Cache received from end chest.

after 5 runs, I finally got the Cache of Treasures on the second character (4 Forest runs, and final 1 Dungeon run which had a Cache in the end chest). also, please note that the icon for the Cache appears as "PLACE HOLDER".

So um. After running over 10 respens and getting zero caches, when you'd need 500 to finish the artifact.. This seems nigh impossible... Even if you assumed I have terrible luck and it's like 1/5 overall that would be 2500 Respens to finish the artifact.

I've run the necessary over the last two days on several characters. Haven't seen anything new.

I've run something like 20 respen run's and have now given up if I can't get one dang cache out of 20 runs it's not worth my time, fix the drop rate maybe it'll be viable. It's really ridiculous that they've added this item and then attached it to really old tired content, in a bid to force us to run it. I'm not going to spend 300 hours on this garbage for one item.
