Hi, so you were saying on stream you are reading feedback so i hope its right. Usually sadly more big is company more it overlooks/ignores forums and other community places. At first i have to admit im not that much regular player - just sometimes returning casual one so i have more basic feedback to game design and first impressions and i apologize for my english, its not my primary language.

Game mechanics (general):
- There are lot of currencies and some of them are more redundant than others. Gold is mostly useless and its kinda confusing especially for starting players some parts of game (ehm Auction House) are not using them but other currency instead. Its also confusing for players comming from STO cause there is dillithium (i suppose that is its alternative there) more premium currency and auction house is using credits - basic currency there
- Auction House could youse better filtering feature - better item types, better sorting by price and so like in STO is sort by price per piece/item desc/asc
- As i was mentioning on stream those Admin messages in chat (thx for answer again) about lootboxes are very annoying and discouraging me from playing or at least using chat (i have hidden it as much as possible cause 90% content of it was that and it was very disturbing to always look for/when new message came to see there is only this there) and it really does not tempt me to buy keys as it was its primary intention i believe. Those boxes are not even that tempting altogether and there should be probably more detailed overview with images what is inside ... its nice to see like there is pack of choose one of 3 mounts as one of rewards if you dont see how those options look

Interesting features:
- I like how you have redone crafting system so its now more personal (going to workshop, improving it as real physical place, hiring personal) ... before it was just basic "duty officer" screen like STO has so thats great. I hope tho crafting is more meaningfull than in STO - i did not get far with it yet. I would appreciate to see more cosmetic stuff there tho like hoods in tailoring - there are lot of possibilities to expand it that way and not interfere much with item drops in world
- Im very excited and looking forward to see the new expeditions feature - this type of game is greatly suited for semi-random maps and its nice to see mmos are experimenting with it nowadays. I was also excited when Wow expeditions were introduced but there was no solo mode which was unfortunate so i hope here it will be. I would like also to see something like this in STO replacing removed exploration system - some randomized ever-changing content is so much needed there especially with removing of Foundry and with this to my next point:
- Do not completely remove Foundry please - i know its obsolete and suboptimal system but it needs more redesign from scratch then complete removal - it was greatly contributing to expansion of endgame and some ppl were using it as some kind of "Dungeon Master" tool ... tho if you cant get it back give at least those ppl using it as DM tool for their party something for this purpose ... either way Foundry was one of few Unique things making your games special and it even inspired me to add some way to add player created content/quests to my game in development
- Separate vanity/visual slots are great too but it also needs more love. One thing which is lil confusing is switching character visuals immediately when switching between visuals and equipment ... so you change outfit everytime checking equiped items - it would be probably better to give somewhere there switch if you want to use visual slots or item slots for character look and those buttons for switching between items and visuals screens let just switch between those screens without changing immediately character visuals. Another great thing would be slot for weapon visual + it would be nice to be able to use there regular items for visual purposes also (either directly or making some visual slot item from them in some way) ... there is even possibility to make alternate visuals for spells/skills but this would be for longer time and it probably does not fit that much into your concept of this game ... tho ... you could monetize it ;):D.
- World bosses are nice too, sometimes is best just go somewhere and kill something big without forming group or figuring out something more complicated :)

The rest:
- It would be nice to let some classes have more weapon types to choose from like casters staffs/staves
- Travelling from end of map back to city is kinda inconvenient but i can see pros/cons of this design choice
- Maps could be more open than those "joined corridors" are but i suppose it has some reasons too
- There is so much unidentified items and not that much scrolls ... yes you can buy them but there are multiple types and does not cost golds but more valuable currency - this both can make it very confusing for new players and with so limited sotrage space at start of game it can be frustrating pretty fast
- There does not seems to be that much choice of visual items then i thought it would be (especialy on auction house)
- Those various items for reforging and upgrading and whatever are kinda confusing too and they are used almost everywhere ... im still not sure what to upgrade to what and what is best to give to what slot (item, companion, mount, ...)
- Challenges were interesting tho getting inside instance inside main city without any resource nodes challenge to collect resources without enough time to even travel somewhere where they are some was kinda frustrating ... it needs some "context" :)
- Dungeon should be probably started after all players are loaded and ready or something - i have loaded first time into one, it has to load lot of resources in next minute or two and after that i had to go throught half of dungeon empty trying to catch one player who was soling it all (so maybe there is some balance problem also) and one another lil quicker but also just going in empty halls and picking leftover stuff
- I was unable to delete email with some promotional items cause i had picked them somewhere else (npc or so, im not sure why i have them in email also) and i cant delete email without geting those items from it first and i cant get those items from email cause they are unique or something and i already have one copy and so on ... they will probably be there forever .. i know its probably to prevent new players from deleting "interesting" stuff but its unwise to produce emails which can be completely undeletable ... probably just oversight?
- I was expecting more item model/texture variation ... it seems to me like last 20-30 levels i get the same blue robe model just with different stats

There is probably more but this is what i can remember now. I wish i could give more feedback about engine state, stability, balance and class mechanics/stats ... it seemed from chat there is lot of ppl thinking there are more serious issues needs to be addressed before next content and if its like in STO i would not be that much surprised to be honest ... but im just casual player with different perspective and too much into QoL and visual stuff (probably because i started as artist). Thats my "returning player" (noob) experience :). I hope it helps somehow, thanks for reading .. i was trying to organize it a lil, its after all a lot of text but its still probably just mess of thoughts :)
