Bug report: Tale of Odd both currency are not received.

Tale of Odd currency are not received, both recent event and seasonal. Was created ticket in support, N 190219-000636, last answer i got is that problem considered to be a bug and i should create bug report at forum.
I did one day 3 runs of ToD event, each of them finished successfully. First one was 4 runes, second 1, 3d - full 5 runs. Once more i point, no any failed, we just stopped by wish. For the first run I got 15 currency and reached 96 total and 15 daily. For second run (the one was 1 stage) i suppose +1 coin, i didn't check. So we did successful 3d run all 5 stages and instead of getting 32 coins I got an error message "You already have all the items of this package" Progress of bar still 15/45, total currency 96. Screenshot attached.
During sorting inventory i found this coin, pressing which "to use" causes same error. I am going to make new run cause if I wont do i wont get season reward.
So, next day: 0/45 did 2 runs. 1st one failed on 1st stage, still had a ? mark on NPC and got second coin INTO INVENTORY and an error msg. Second run was x5 full success, a series of every step after it i uploaded, same error, 3d coin IN INVENTORY. Now i plan to do one more run x4 which pone under normal circumstances would put me above 135 coins needed for seasonal reward. Hope on solving this issue and getting it.

Maybe there is also the possibility in future to run something like this over 2 weekends from thursday to the next sunday/monday. Greetings, ObelX
