Companions, Enchantment and Equipment affected by Recovery and Lifesteal Removal

Just wanted to add it here in the discussion since we are all waiting... anyone know how this mod is going to deal with companions and items that have recovery and lifesteal as a stat or bonus? For example I have several purple Insignia of Leeching that I got in the AH way back and spent a good amount of AD for them... I know they will be replacing them with a different stat, my situational question is that what if the stat they replace is with is something that I cannot use with my class or build? I mean if they let us know early enough then maybe we can start trading or selling them...

Addendum: Also want to know what will happen to comp gear with Regen on it, such as the Loyal Defender stuff.

To found out how players will be treated when Mod16 drops, lets take a queue from the Mod15 professions changes. Take highly useful items that you either grinded, paid for, etc and exchange them for a CHANCE roll for.... garbage!

Maybe that is not fair. How about the change in Winterfest and the epic fishing rod...

If recovery becomes accuracy then.... does that work on companions. Will bonding give the accuracy back to the user...?

This is most likely option. But that would be funny conversion. People who stacked recovery usually support toons, but they do not have much of use for accuracy. Because heal will mostly heal and party member will not to dodge heals (at least I hope). For tanks, it is needed for DPS aggro generation, but deflect and defense will make more sense to stack for tanks.
