Chain of Scales - small issues

Two small, but somewhat annoying issues with this item:

1. There is no auditory cue after activating it that tells me something happened. Tymora's coin at least gives me a "coin flipping" sound.

2. There is no indication given as to which of the random buffs I received. Some quick popup text at the bottom would be nice.

If the devs could look into this, it would be nice small QOL improvement.

also deflection part is bugged, it does nothing. i suspect stamina gain is similar since i couldnt get it to work
