Items: ›Convert to catalogue‹ for transmogrification

How about giving us some kind of account-wide catalogue, that allows us to permanently destroy an item by getting it listed in the catalogue.

Now, when changing appearence of any item, just add all catalogue items of the same type to the dropdown list.

This would be a huge improvements to event rewards.
