Payment issue

I've tried to buy zen using both paysafe and skrill and can't make this happen. When i use paysafe i get a message""The particular paysafecard PIN can not be used for payment at that online store". When i use skrill i get a message of "Your transaction was declined. Please retry your transaction". Could anyone tell me what's the issue here?
