Savage Allosaur companion always dies in Acquisitions Inc. HQ

Lvl 70 OP with Savage Allosaur as summoned companion. The companion dies any time it is on the ground floor in the AI HQ.
Steps to reproduce.
Enter AI HQ.
Talk to Jim Darkmagic to obtain quest (not necessary to reproduce).
Head downstairs towards basement or dungeon entry.
As soon as companion reaches the bottom of the stairs he dies and I get a notify message "Your companion has died and has to be resummoned"
Enter basement quest.
Resummon companion.
Complete quest and return to AI HQ.
Companion dies immediately upon return to AI HQ.
Go upstairs.
Resummon companion.
If you attempt to resummon companion while still downstairs in AI HQ, companion dies immediately upon summoning.
