Entering Omu on alts

Hello everyone! I just purchased the Chult campaign on my alt, but when I open the map, Omu doesn't appear, so I can't get in. Any help will be appreciated!

    There might be a starter quest you need to run to unlock it. I don't recall now, but try some of the NPCs in the port.

    Did you complete all the campaign tasks? I know you purchased the campaign completion, but it's possible the tasks still require you to interact with them to actually "complete". I can't recall with any certainty if this is the case because it's been a while since I've done Chult on an alt.

    did u run the initial quest where u get shipwrecked and have to run thru the forest?

    Have you talked to Minsc? You will probably have to run all the story quests, Rescue Celeste, locate the shrines and maybe explore the House of the Crocodile.

    Dark Tidings from Sergeant Knox is the start of opening Chult. Leads you to Helm's Hold Cathedral and it's pretty linear from there. Once you get to Port Nyanzaru, you'll have to complete the story quests in Soshenstar River to continue on to Omu.

    Did you find and talk to Celeste in Port Nyanzaru?

    I haven't bought a campaign token for Chult, but as I recall from doing it the long way, at the end of the original Chult campaign, you have to talk to Celeste to get the "The Lost City" quest, which starts the Omu campaign and opens the Omu map.

    I started the campaign with Dark Tidings. Did all the quests and got to the 2 or 3rd task in the middle tree then I bought the campaign. The problem is Celeste is not there, next to Minsc.

    Did you rescue her from the Batiri camp? You need to get a quest from Nanny Pupu to rescue her.

    When I opened up one toon in chult, I had did all the boons on a couple of others, thinking I could skip chult, however it forced me to open up the shrine of ubuto in the middle campaign, I was then able to do the quests to enter omu. It is quite annoying.

    I have to assume its the same issue with you, you will have to do some of the middle path (I think the first two) then it allows you to enter omu.

    The path is the Prince sends you to Camp Vengeance, the commander there sends you to Nanny Pupu.

    Could try talking to the Camp Commander, Breakbone? and see if he has quests if you haven't already.

    I checked with Breakbone. Completed the quest "Run through the jungle". The only other quest is "Dead Reckoning". I will complete it to make sure. No quest for Batiri.

    He sends you on some errands before Nanny Pupu so that might be the thing.

    Yes. I recently bought the Chult completion for an alt myself and I need to kill undead and bless some sites before getting to Nanny Pupu. You're almost done.

    Yes, completion token still requires you to run intro chains to unlock things.

    That was it. "Dead Reckoning" was the first quest of a chain that leads to Omu. Thanks again everyone!

    I think he will have to run the initial quest for house of croc and then turn it in to be able to go there. Just ran a friend through to Omu last night and we ran it twice (once for them and another for the weekly). That might be a good start to getting into omu.
