[DC] Weapon Enchantments do not proc Fire of the Gods/Repurpose Soul

Enchantments that do proc FOTG/RS:

• Vorpal
  
• Dread
  

Enchantments that unreliably proc FOTG/RS:

• Frost
  
• Plaguefire
  

All other enchantments that do NOT proc FOTG/RS (to my knowledge):

• Bilethorn
  
• Feytouched
  
• Flaming
  
• Lightning
  
• Terror
  
• Prominence
  

This makes it fairly limited for a DC to choose a good enchantment while being able to use the above feats.
