Unable to complete Basement Investigation quest

I've completed the Basement Investigation quest, but I'm unable to hand the completed quest into Jim Darkmagic for the rewards. The journal shows the quest as completed, when I talk to Jim Darkmagic the option to accept completion is greyed out, my only option is to select "not yet". The only thing that I have done differently was to select all the weekly quest at the same time.

    Check your inventory. Is it full?
    FYI, I always select all weekly quests at the same time.

    I had problem with complete re-retrieval quest and abandon basement quest and re-run help me,so maybe abandon re-retrieval and re-run basement help you.
