Not getting Neverember's insentives from completing campaing steps

completed this week the Hearth of Fire step on my OP and didnt get the neverember insentive currency, my other toon that did the same step last week has 85 tokens but OP has now 80. I have checked all the other toons I have that are so called "AI" and none of them have neverember insentives as rewards from campaing showing.

did you get your maximum 200 incentives now ? can't go over that per account.

How many new characters you created after mod 15? I take that you have at least 2. If you have 3 (or more), the chance is you hit the 200 incentive per account cap as mentioned already.
If you only have 2, what are their character level right now? Did you open their adventure box in the inventory?

I have the same issue.
I made 2 new characters for this event for the 100x2 incentives. My CW is lvl70 - opened all levelling boxes - finished the AI campaign and sits at 95 incentives.
My DC is 70 - opened all levelling boxes and sits at 85 incentives. I am reluctant to finish the campaign with it. The campaign tasks for these to characters used to state the rewards including the incentives I would get. Now they do not anymore.

Just got hit by the same issue - my CW finished the campaign and opened all the Adventurer's Rewards, getting 100 incentives. My DC did the same thing, and got only 95. They were the only characters eligible to receive incentives, so the math doesn't really add up...

My two new characters, a CW and a GF finished their incentive relevant AI campaign tasks on Monday. They both got their 100 incentives. Hence, it worked for me. I don't know what I did different. I only created 2 new characters after mod 15. I did not create any extra new character even for storage purpose (although I had the urge to do so). I also did not spend any incentive.
