Workshop workers and applicants

I love that the workers all do the things you tell them to in real time. I have a further suggestion to even better immerse us in our workshops. When we come in, put the applicants pending in the chairs to our right like they are waiting for their interviews. This way we can also preview the looks of our applicants and we can see in advance if we have a Yunngric or Evelyn waiting to be hired. Also add festive scarves to adventurers for winter festival!

Also, I'd like to see ALL the applications at once to be able to compare against each other and 'cull the herd'. If applicants have high Commission or negative speed or both, I usually pass. Low speed also means less cost as the commission if for the job, not by the hour.
