New profession system - Tools

Under the new system have a Lvl 4 blacksmith. Problem is that I cannot build anything (even a lvl 1 item) at this level because I do not have a Lvl 1 blacksmith tool. Have an epic artisan (from exchange) which I can use but the blacksmith tools but these are all lvl 10 or above so I cannot select them, e.g. they are greyed out in the drop down menu.
No merchant seems to sell what used to be 'worn' tools they are all lvl 10 or above. I have a few worn lvl 1 tools at other professions but not blacksmith. So where can I get a Lvl 1 blacksmith tool.

Have you checked the boxes on the right side behind the work table in the workshop?

There's a sparkly box against the wall near the worktable. Get worn tools from there.

Thanks got it. Was not sparkling until I walked up to it so I did not notice it. No idea why it did not sparkle. Can now progress thanks.

This was a problem on preview, too. I'm not sure why they haven't bothered to fix it already.
