Fearbringers vs terrored grips

What's up all. So I'm basically trying to figure out if I should switch my fearbringers to terrored grips. At 17k I'm not all that concerned about IL. I'm armor pen capped & crit chance is 99%. I'm kinda low on power for 17k & I'm tweaking my enchants. I know the terrored grips give about another 4k HP which is great for running with OP. I'm just curious though how that would stack up against the 3% more damage from at wills which I would be losing. I have the heels of fury & Kiuno of the bear as well. Based on what I do is how I'll maneuver my enchants. Also if you could give me the dumb version, I'd appreciate it lol. I think a lot of you are geniuses with these calculations that you do but I hate numbers & math like saiyans hate freiza.

    I use the Fearbringer as the dailies are worthless damage wise.

    Fearbringers are prob better. Terror Grips only affect EPs, and at least one of those is going to be a buff power anyway.
    Executioner's are okay if you're low on power and don't want to diminish your dailies. On my toon Executioner's make base damage 5% greater than Terror and 7% greater than Fearbringers. I'm sure in endgame Fearbringers' +3% overwhelms that, but to be honest I haven't seen the difference.
