My guild built the wrong upgrade.

I was trying to build the barracks for my guild. When I went to build it it came out as a training yard. Is there any way to get the barracks instead. I dont want the training yard for my guild. I dont want to lose 2 months of work. I followed the fairy fire because I did not know where to build it. It sent me to the wrong place to build the upgrade.
