Morlanths Shroud drop again

in The Moonstone Mask (PC)
Hi guys, i lost my morlanths shroud some days ago and Wonder how to get it back, i tryed contact with support but they cant help me. Is there any other option to get that item again? I heard about dropping Shadow portal Keys from ghosts around River district and then do that mission again but with no results.     You don't get it back. It's a one-time thing.
