PVP Item Level

Out of curiosity, when will PVP queues (at least solo queue), be divided according to Item Level like dungeons? It tens to be a bit unfair and silly when a team has lvl 70 players with item level fo 4-9k vs a full team with item level above 15k (no to mention the manes, cowls and such.)

Would it be possible to set a solo queue pvp for players bellow, let's say, 10k IL and one for players above that (not counting active companion's IL, or if so, make something like for players bellow 12k and above 12k)

on ps4 you are spending more time queing than actually playing a pvp match. dividing the players would only make the searchtime worse
