Where do you buy this? The vender in the Protector's Enclave has the chef's clothes and Sunnite gear, but I don't see the South Sea outfit.
Also can you craft the Sunnite garb? (I've done the headgear and pants, but have yet to see the top.)

    These are bought with Sahha tickets from the vendor in summerfest near the pitch.

    And if you don't mind spending the astrals, check the auction. It'll be pricey i'm sure but it is a nice fashion set.

    The top for the sunnite set is available from the npc (Petal Store), in the festival grounds for 2600 Fireblossom petals. :)
