Enchantments not working

Game Master Ovric sent me here to share what I have found. I have 3 azure enchantments on one of my toons, each in a utility slot. I found that I am only getting the XP bonus from 1 of them. I took screen shots and e-mailed them to him, he instructed me to file a bug report in-game and on here, so that's what I'm doing. I have also asked in zone chat in PE and gotten at least 2 replies from other people having the same or similar issues with their enchantments.

If you are using these enchantments in particular, check to see that you are receiving the full bonus you should be getting by hovering your mouse over your XP bar. I am not sure if this bug is effecting other enchantments, but it wouldn't hurt for everyone to double-check their gear vs. actual stats.

    Somebody reported this before. I checked that back then and I had no problem. Somebody else reported his new character has problem but old character in the same account does not. That was why I asked that question.
    I am very sensitive to XP bonus. I personally don't have problem with Azure but (like everybody else) have problem with the XP bonus from insignia.

    I have three characters created after July 6th where Azure's greater than rank 8 will not add any xp %. Rank 8 and below add the correct bonus.

    Where are you when you check it? If you are level 70 and you are not in level 70 zone, your stat may be changed. I wonder if it adjust the stat if your character is not level 70.

    I created a character after mod 14, and have numerous issues with enchantments, mount insignias and bonding runestones. My other character on the same account that was created before mod 14 is unaffected and works just fine. It is something to do with new characters, i am sure of it.

    I have three characters under level 20 and tested in PE and Blacklake. I also have a level 60 that I tested in PE and Blacklake as well as 14 level 70 toons that are much older. This is not a level scaling issue. I did thorough testing on this going through over 70 gold changing enchants around. I tested all ranks 6 through 14 Azures on multiple toons. All ranks work on my characters created prior to July 1st. Ranks 6, 7, and 8 work on all of my characters regardless of creation date. Ranks 9-14 do not work on my four characters created after July 6th.
