Coming back after 3 years. Have a question about mounts.

Not sure im posting in the right section. I got a mount from a lootbox way back when. I made a new character to re learn the game, and seems I can't use that mount on my second character. Can you only share mounts if you buy a mount directly from the zen shop? aka can loot box mounts not be shared account wide?

The one you got from the lockbox is a one time thing, the only mount claimable on all characters would be one bought from the Zen market
