Sharandar Malabog area is NOT awarding Iliyanbruen Blades

For the past two days I have done all quests within this area and my Iliyanbruen Blades count has NOT gone up with either of the 2 characters I have and I am UNABLE to get my campaign finished

I noticed something similar a while ago about this. When you're turning your quests in, don't use "B" to close the conversation, actually select the "Goodbye" option and press "A" to select that. The blades were correctly given to me that way.
