HELP!!!! CHEST TONG BUGGED!!! ADMIN HELP!

Guys how to fix chest tong bugged cant open whats inside i have enough keys to open them....

i opened the middle one but i cant open the right and left ones..

please fix this bug so that players won't experience this

PS: GM/GAME DEV PLEASE FIX dont let the players effort be wasted in that kind of bug :(

    Have you died in the boss fight? There was a bug, when ppl died in the bossfight and the boss died soon after, the Kill did not count for then, so they where not able to loot the two chests. This should habe been fixed some time ago.
    Chars: CW, DC, GF, GWF, HR and TR.

    Ohw thats the reason why i wasnt able to open the chest?? yeah i died together with the boss cuz was typing with someone and didnt notice the hand....what a idiot bug nonsense wasted effort for those who didnt get it tho :( ty for replying
