IG Gold drops nerfed?

Hello,

I run a lot of random queue across 7 toons. Since the Omu mod I have done between 15-20 gold runs, yet all of them yielded a +3.

Has anyone seen them write anywhere that they were going to reduce the better drops in there? Or has anyone had similar experiences with only +3s dropping since Omu was introduced?

    I've recently gotten a +4. I don't track runs, I don't do IG very often, and I almost always try to go for bronze runs so it was probably one of maybe 2-3 gold runs I've done since the new mod dropped. Bad RNG would be my guess.

    The only adjustments to ring drops in IG was in September of last year, upon the release of Tomb of Annihilation. Patch Notes: https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/news/detail/10638374

    "Illusionist's Gambit Skirmish: The drop rates for Companion rings have been adjusted for Silver and Gold tier rewards."

    Thank you both for the replies.

    I had missed the adjustment made on the rings. I don't understand why I don't see other +4 drops though.

    I ran 5-6 in quick succession with friends the other day, but I still didn't get a +4. This leaves me with over 20+ runs without a single drop better than a +3.

    The other members in the party did get 1 or 2 +4's. Therefore, I do consider this to be real bad RNG, and the matter resolved.
