we successfully completed lair of lostmauth
when it was time to open the chests neither my arcane dragon key nor
one of my epic dungeon chest keys would open chest
I think I am owed one of each chest

I am totally disgusted by the gms of this game here is their response to this post

As much as we wanted to assist you with this, regretfully, we have no means to be able to grant you one of each chests due to encountering a potential bug. We are also unable to provide any compensation for this. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
