Please improve (limit) how weapon/armor(s) render visuals.

I know the Shadow Clad was greatly improved from last year. I would be standing at the campfire and here is a TR with his Shadow Clad being a neon bug zapper making both audio and visuals annoying. I would actually change instances just to avoid them. I hope they can implement this for all ranks as @strathkin originally suggested and not just the creme of the crop.
