I really do not know if this is the place to put this message but I would really like everyone to know how much I appreciate every thing Julia has done for us. Her communication and help is outstanding. She is always willing to take the steps needed to solve problems and I want to thank her for this.

    Just reading the forums should provide a pretty good idea as to the answer...

    I feel listened to and cared for. Sure, not all of everyone's complaints can be fixed, but I appreciate a new sense of honesty and transparency that wasn't here before. Great job Julia! :)
