Small and short lag breaks that look like server lag or internet lag.

Very recently the game started having small and short lag breaks. I tried put down the grafic settings at the lowest, updated my graphic card drivers and waited for server maintenance but the problem persists. I dont think is my internet because i play another online games and they are fine. I have asked another players if they were having the same problem but they said they were not. I dont know what to do besides uninstall and reinstall but i would not like doing that because will take much time downloading the game again. Do you guys have another option?
