Get rid of the 30 minute timer for patrol quests please

The 30 minute restriction timer to get another patrol quest is a complete joke and serves no purpose. Let's be logical here, if you can cap yourself out on your weekly haul in less than 2-3 hours or even a day if you wanted, why give the player a 30 minute wait window... What is the intention of having to wait 30 mins to grab another patrol quest. I know you can knock them all out if you have a group of players with different patrol quests. You can all run the everyone's patrol quests together, it allows you to get quest credit upon completion for patrol quests that aren't in your quest journal but some of us don't always run with other folks.

My guess is they don't want you to run only the same patrol quest 6 times. There are 6 different patrol quests for mod 12 and 6 different patrol quests for mod 13. I only run 4 out 6 in both mod. They want us to run the remaining 2 if we choose not to wait.

I just log in the Port during the week and take quests if it's available. At the beginning of next week I have already stacked 6 of them. After finishing them I return to Port mostly to pick those quests again for next week. Like almost all campaigns stacking quests before hand is best method (and btw even 30 min timer is better than 24 hour wait like in previous campaigns..)

You can even complete the quests beforehand. When the quests are reset on Monday, I just grab the extra quest for the treasure maps, turn in the first patrol, grab the quest for treasure map etc.
