New Loadout - Same Gear - ilvl dropped

I did a respec on my CW, and went for a buff build as MOF. In the end I was exactly 60 ilvl lower than on other loadouts. I quadruple checked everything. I even unequipped everything and re-equipped. No change.
60 ilvl difference sounds to me like two booms were missing. If I remember correctly, I clicked removed two booms during respec to choose a different one. My best guess is that it never gave me credit for choosing second boon.
I apologize, but have since used a second token and respeced again. Definitely a bug, as I’m still MOF but ilvl is now correct. I could stand being down 60 ilvl...
