Refiner's Cache

So with double enchants here I decided to use the 80 refiner's caches i farmed instead of selling them and I got 12 rank 5 radiant enchantments. I was expecting 160 enchants, it doesn't state having a chance at getting them. I also got zero greater and superior marks but I wasn't counting on getting any of them. In the end I got around 20k Rp in amethyst and pearls far from what i was expecting.

I contacted support about this when I opened 25 Refiner's Caches right after the change to refinement and got 1 enchantment. They said, "yeah, you only get 1". They didn't seem to understand at all. Enchantments have been replaced with a large chance of refinement items, but the tool tip was not updated and the players were not notified about the change. It makes for a rather frustrating experience and a giant let down.
