Bonus "Daemonic Ichor" not awarded for "Prophecy of Madness", bonus event not consistently displayed

Hi, in the Underdark Campaign menu on the right column it displays the daily event for which extra 40 Daemonic Ichor are granted.
For Demogorgon, Heroic Encounters, Throne of the Dwarven Gods all is fine.
However, when it's Prophecy of Madness, the clue/ event is simply missing occasionally. After switching zones it re-appears, but disappears again when switching again, randomly, not always each time in either case.
When then playing that skirmish, the bonus DI are not granted each time after completing it 1st time per day.
And this again is independent of whether it's shown in the campaign menu or not.
