Master Spell last boss chest bug

Hello,
writing this to report a bug in hope that it gets fixed :)
the game is aleready not rewarding enough but getting bugged out of your chest is the most annoying thing that could happen in any MMO

we finished msp but after killing nostura we couldn't grab chest as you see in the video

    i dunno i don't use forums a lot i just posted it here under PC discussion i hope a mod moves it if they can
