Mysterious Fortune NOT working in Winterfest

Each day I pick up the Mysterious Fortune from the guy next to the telescope on each of my toons and upon opening them get nothing most of the time....no scroll of fate, not even fortune lore.....what gives?

    Well as of now I am only collecting the daily fortune but not opening them since they are bugged. Hope they get fixed at some point.

    You should decide which thread you want open, this or the one in feedback and ask a mod to close the other one. As for the "bug". I just guessed because I have opened so many over the years that I had already been given the lore last year. The scrolls are not in every one and that is working as it should, but I honestly don't know if the lore shoe show if you have previously seen a particular one.

    @joccat#1817 I have merged your threads on this issue. The devs are aware of this bug, and looking into it, but I do not know if it will be fixed during the Winter Festival. For now, I personally would recommend just hanging onto the fortunes without opening them until they can get a fix.

    Ok thanks....sorry about the double post. Yeah that is what I am doing just collecting them each day but not opening them in the hopes at some point they will get fixed.

    Just asking again if any developer can please chime in - do you plan to fix the Mysterious Fortunes that give Scrolls of Life? Right now upon opening I would say 75% of them give nothing....is that the WAI ?

    Update: This item appears to be working again, at least when I tried it on a stack of them. After using 3 or 4 of them, the rest all popped without any further issues and all gave a scroll each. Thanks for fixing it....
