    It's not called out specifically, but any build version NW.90.20171107g.5 or higher should have the fix for all the interactables only letting you use them once ever (until the instance naturally closes). So, the fix should be on Preview right now, and live "soon" (but I really don't know when). Nope, the fix should be live on PC now. Serves me right for going to Disneyland instead of working...

    I can't even get the explore DV quests to get the dwarf gold for 2 weeks now. Got all the rep I need but won't give me the quests to start

    I assume you acquired your faction before talking to the dwarf, right?
