Game breaking lag

Hi,

I am in Australia and since the start of the sale I cannot play the game.
It is taking up to 5 mins to log into a character and I am frequently getting time-outs
during log in and getting booted back to play screen.

If I do make it in the lag is so bad I cannot move or do anything.

Can ARC please up the bandwidth for Australia during this sale so we have a fair go ?

Have checked my router etc. and everything else is fine. Only neverwinter on PS4 is having
the issue.

    No one else is having any lag issues at all?

    It would appear that my game is completely broken then.

    Have raised a ticket but as usual there will be no response from Arc.

    I am also experiencing some intense lag..... even in low population areas, me tracert shows me timing out on the hop just before it reaches cryptic, not sure what the cause of this could be.

    I'm also in Australia.

    Since the start of the refinement event I too have experienced crippling lag. I've deleted and reinstalled the game, rebuilt my PS4 database and checked my connection.

    The only thing I'm having lag with is Neverwinter, and it's a showstopper. For 5 days I haven't been able to do any quests at all. I timeout very frequequently when trying to log a character, and when I can eventually log in, 90% of the time I'm getting the red text of death and can't do a damned thing anyway.

    Having spent an obscene amount of money on a game, and not being able to play it for almost a week now is trully disappointing, as well as exceedingly frustrating. I waited for the event to end, and maintenance, hoping things would improve, but it's still just as bad.

    It's now been a week. No improvement, my game is still a steaming pile. :(

    Almost 10 days now.

    Last night I perservered for 2 hours, just to invoke once on each of my 10 chars.

    Today, after 20 mins of failed attempts to even log one char, I finally get in and it took 10 minutes just to fire off one profession task. That was the point where the profanities started and I bailed before shattering a controller or something equally drastic.

    This game is breaking my heart, and it seems as though nothing is being done to adress the issue. :(
