Bonus RP and Waukeen bags not dropping

In the short time the events have been active there seems to be a massive fail going on.

the waukeen bags are hardly dropping. i've gotten 5 bags in total since it started.

the bonus rp event is just as bad.

I've seen ppl talking in PE about it so it seems there is something going on.. Maybe a bug? Hopefully not working as intended.

Can a dev plz respond and let us know what the deal is? Many thanks in advance

I havent't been here for previous Blessing of Waukeen events, but they do seem to be dropping very slowly.
At the current rate, it will take 6-8 hours of non stop farming to get the 32 coinpurses needed for the chest.

And then for that the RNG will reward us with some uncommon profession resources, no doubt.

I'm not having a problem with the Waukeen bags but the RP event is almost non-existent. Questing for about a half hour and killing a LOT of mobs I gained 12 rp. Then I had to run a lair quest - 0 RP. Then a random dungeon (normal wolf den) = 33 rp. Then random skirmish (illusionists gambit - gold level) = 0 RP. So in all maybe a little over an hour and I got 42 RP total. I get more than that from one green equipment drop. So I can calm down about that 40,000 cap because there's no way I'll even get 1k RP for the whole event.

Initial mobs when entering a zone seem to give a bit of rp. Then after a handful more you'll see a slight increase. Bags of Waukeen? Yeah, they've done something to it. Back in the day I got one from every other group of mobs. Now I can kill 7-8 groups and maybe get one. The goal? AD nerf! Less chance at getting the coveted 250k reward from the box. They can claim all day long that their motive wasn't to nerf income, but it's written at every turn. Forced random q's? Check. Reduced Waukeen drops? Check. Overlevel reward chance of diamonds reduced or non-existant? Check (I haven't seen one in a month.) Enchanting stone drops in Dread Ring now exclusive to the particular lair of Knox' daily quest? Check. To people who have been playing since AD was practically a free-for-all these changes don't mean much, since they are already rich. But to people that have joined in the past year or so it's significant, as each update reduces the amount of income you can recieve.

Well, I got around 20 Waukeen bags yesterday, mostly from just doing the SH HEs for influence - I also picked up a handful of bags in ToNG, but nothing major - so, yes, it does feel to me like the drop rate has been reduced, or the cooldown extended.

As for the RP event, it is pretty much a "non-event" as far as I am concerned. I got a few thousand RPs worth from dropped stones and R5 enchants - plus whatever I got in various bags (dropped or from Leadership tasks), but I am just stacking those until the next 2xEnchants event.

At the same time, I got maybe a couple of hundred RPs from the event - absolutely not anything worth farming, but a welcome additional reward for doing things I would normally be doing anyhow.

Just stick with Wanderer's Fortune, Quartermaster's/Dragon's Hoard/Fey Blessing's and even Tymora's enchantments.
