Ditch Random Queues, Perma Dungeon / Skirmish idea instead

Just wanted to put my version of how to "fix" random queues yet let people experience all the dungeons and reduce "wait times".

The main idea is that daily AD no longer comes from "party instanced" dungeons or skirmishes. Instead they are full zones that connect to other regions that 20+ people can just wander into. You want to do master of the hunt? Enter via Sharandar. Valindra's Tower you can reach at Dread Ring and Svardborg is somewhere in Somi. Have two doors for ones with a "normal" and "epic" path. Skirmishes with "timers" like Demo or Throne or Tiamat just keep cycling endlessly.

Mobs now just respawn like in all the other zones and you can enter with as many or as few people as you like. Bosses will only drop loot for those present in his room / participated in combat (as per usual) at the time of defeat. Chest is only openable when boss in the 5 minutes (or so) that the boss guarding it is dead. Same with exit portal shortcut at the end. The portal and chest auto closes when boss respawns.

Daily AD wise, there needs to be a track of how many "final chest opens with daily AD" are opened every month for each dungeon/skirmish and keep track of which dungeons have less. Now the fancy part!

Everytime someone gets daily AD from a dungeon, it does two things. One, it reduces the Daily AD for everyone else doing that dungeon by 1 AD. It also increases the Daily AD reward for everyone else in every other dungeon by the same amount. This bonus or deficit must be clearly visible to players before entering a dungeon!

So if everyone does TOS or ETOS (epic version gives more base daily AD) at the start of the month with diminishing returns, this will eventually make them not really worth running and encourage folks into other content. Might be difficult content, but now that you have 20+ people instead of 5, I think most groups - even under powered should manage.

Benefits:
-No more random queues.
-No leaver penalty
-More people can be in a zone, better odds of success
-Can bring more allies, guildies, etc. if you want
-Encourage people to try different zones
-Having to do "harder" or "longer" run is less bad since you have others probably doing the same thing and can help each other cooperatively.

Cons:
-More travel time to get to daily AD.
-More people = harder to get boss drops (intentional, as people can still then form up the old party of 5 or however many and run it as it is now)
-Leeches

Anyway, just an idea. Feel free to poke holes and what not. =)
