Something wrong with last boss in TONG

I know bondings were just nerfed etc., but the last boss in TONG seems like his DR is waaaay out of wack. He goes down to halfway then almost gets damn near invincible...the ghosts also seem to have higher DR than before. I thought originally because bondings were getting nerfed, tong was going to be brought down to our level as well? Plans change or something bugging? Regardless, I've been running with some pretty beefy groups so something isn't right.

Nobody said they would change TONG because of bonding nerf.
I know people who do TONG more than 10 times a day. They did not mention it is bug or anything. They still finish within their time range, less than 25 minutes.

Have not run into any issues, beside being a tad more difficult

From what I've noticed, it is caused by someone's companion falling off the side, and not a bug. If Ras Nsi takes awhile to get to the opposite side when the ghost pops up, everyone's companions keep attacking it and get knocked off.
